Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan has released the examination schedule for SAAT 2024. The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test (SAAT) Phase 1 will occur from April 19 to April 26, 2024. The online application process started in December; the last application date is April 15, 2024.
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test (SAAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted yearly by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University. After the exam, counseling is conducted for admission into various programmes listed below.

SAAT Eligibility Criteria
P=Physics;C=Chemistry;B=Biology
Bachelor of Science (Agriculture)
Passed 12 (in English) with at least 60% marks (Gen & OBC) and 50% (SC, ST, and PH Categories) in PCM/PCB/PCMB subjects. Age limit: Minimum 16 as of 31/08/2024.
BA LLB(HONS)/BBA LLB(HONS)
Passed 12 (in English) with at least 45% marks (Gen & OBC) and 40% (SC, ST, and PH Categories) in any stream. No lower or upper Age limit. CLAT / LSAT-qualified candidates are not required to appear in the SAAT but must fill out the form.
3 YEARS LAW (LL.B – HONS)
Candidate must have passed the +3 in any stream with at least 45% marks. Though there is relaxation for reserved category candidates, 40% in the case of SC/ST and 42% in the case of OBC.
B.Sc in Paramedical Courses
Passed 12 with PCB/PCM with at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST and 45% for PH candidates). Age Limit: Minimum 17 years of age as of 31 December 2024. The upper limit is 35 years.
BTech (Engineering)
Passed 12 with at least 60% marks (Gen) and 50% (OBC, SC, ST, and PH Categories) in any stream. Another condition has been added to it. Candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC / ST / OBC category) in Physics and Mathematics(as compulsory subjects).
BBA
Passed 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates).
B.Pharm.
12 (English compulsory) PCB/PCMB as optional subjects with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Age Limit: 17 years as of 31 December 2024.
Veterinary Science
12 (English as core subject) with PCB/Biotechnology with a minimum of 50% marks (47% SC/ST category). Age Limit: Min 17 years and Max 25 years on or before 31 Dec. 5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
MBBS/BDS
Admissions to medical and dental programs will be made strictly through NEET 2024.

SAAT Application Form 2024
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan opened an online application form on Dec 31, 2023. A huge number of candidates already applied for the entrance exam. If you still have not applied, you can do it now since the window is open until mid-April 2024. The SAAT exam schedule was released recently, and the examination will start from 19 April to 26 April. Follow the steps below to fill out the application form.
- Log on to the official SAAT website at admission.soa.ac.in
- This page is dedicated to the admission process; on the landing page, navigate to the link “Apply for Admission Through SAAT 2024.”
- You will find all the important information, like the detailed eligibility criteria, important dates, Admissions Procedure Rules for the Exam, etc.
- Must go through important information before you start filling out the application form.
- Upload the required document(photograph, signature) and fill in the personal information.
- Print the filled application form for future use.

UG SAAT 2024 Admit Card
The admit card will be issued to eligible candidates. The Hall Ticket will contain important information like name, course, subject, Test Centre details, test schedule, etc. It can be downloaded from the candidates’ dashboard once it is released online. The Admit card is expected to be published about 10 days before the exam.
SAAT Exam Pattern
The SAAT will have 120 multiple-choice questions, including questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, each containing 40 questions. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
